Bosses like to see a glean of confidence in their employee's eyes. A special look that says not only am I going to excel at this job but I can be you one fine day and run the show. This is a sure hire. Bosses feel more comfortable if they need to run less of the show because that portion is being run by a keen minded potential employee.
