If you were so desperate for sex it led you to do something dangerous I suppose it could be. There are people who've caused themselves extensive injuries with vaccuum cleaners, so it wouldn't suprise me if someone had died in similar circumstances. There may be something in the Darwin Awards collection.

I have Darwin Awards 2, and there are a few episodes of "death by horniness". A man always asks his wife to place plastic bags over his head while having sex. One day he does this while on his own, and even uses a vacuum cleaner to suck the air out. He suffocates. There are two more Darwin Awards given to not dead, but sterile men who were attempted rape. In one case the man tried to rape a woman, in the other he tried to rape a horse. In both cases, the mens testicles were bitten off beyond repair.
