What?! The box and fully microwavable versions aren't simple enough? Just kidding! Hopefully, this will help. Actually, it sounds pretty good :) There are several other macaroni and cheese recipes at http://www.allrecipes.com Bella's Mac and Cheese "A creamy, smooth macaroni and cheese dinner in less than 30 minutes." Yields 10 servings. 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni 1 cup American cheese 1 (8 ounce) package extra sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup butter 1 Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain. 2 Meanwhile, cut up butter, American cheese, and sharp cheese into 1 inch squares for easy melting. Separate butter and cheeses into two equal size portions. 3 Begin with one of the butter and cheese portions, microwave on 50% power for 7 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir well. Add second portion of butter and cheese to melted mixture. Microwave an additional 7 minutes on 50% power. Remove and stir well. 4 Pour cheese mixture over cooked macaroni and stir until noodles are coated with butter and cheese mixture. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Believe it or not, I actually found a great Mac & Cheese recipe in the Reader's Digest. Basically you make a white sauce, add cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese, then mix in the macaroni, top with a little more cheddar, bake for 20-30 minutes and you're done!

This is the way I had it growing up...in fact, I didn't know mac and cheese came in a box until I was a teenager! 1 large box of Velveeta Cheese 1 stick butter/margarine 2 cups of milk 1 box of macaroni melt the first 3 ingredients stirring CONSTANTLY making sure they don't burn. Make macaroni according to box directions. Drain well. Pour cheese mixture over noodles in casserole dish (easy to cover leftovers and just put in fridge after!) Will be a little runny at first and thickens as it sits. If you have leftovers, add few tablespoons of milk & tastes even better the next day. My nana even use to put this in tupperware containers and freeze it for a quick lunch or side dish at later time.

Cook macaroni. In a casserole put in a layer, dot it with a few bits of butter, salt and pepper, then grated cheddar. Repeat layers to fill your particular dish ending in cheese. Pour milk about 2/3 the way up and bake till the milk is absorbed 40 mins to an hour depending on casserols size. Then enjoy.

My recipe is pretty simple.. My kids call it 'Momma's Lovin Mac & Cheese': 1 box Barilla whole grain elbow macaroni 2 bags pre-grated cheddar cheese 1/2 stick of real butter 1/2 cup whole milk or cream 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large pot, add macaroni to boiling water and add salt and boil until pasta is tender. Drain. While pasta is draining, melt butter in the same large pot and add milk. Slowly wisk in one bag of grated cheese. When cheese is melted, return the pasta to the pot and stir. Pour pasta with cheese/milk into a 9 x 13 glass baking pan and cover top with the other bag of grated cheese. Bake in oven until the top is golden brown. We sometimes experiment by substituting gourmet cheeses on the interior. Yummy!

Buy a box of Mueller's elbow macaroni. The best recipe is on the back of the box. Yummy!

I usually just pick whatever noodles I'm in the mood for, cook em', drain em, throw em' back in the pot and add little chunks of cut up velveeta cheese with some butter, tiny dab of oil, and maybe a little milk. It all melts together as you mix it up, and you're good to go. Add salt and pepper if necessary. the amounts here are all about taste.

Right here: Ingredients: Macaroni, Sea Shells, or Rotini Ragu Cheddar Cheese sauce 1) In large saucepan, boil water. Add salt for flavor. 2) Pour pasta into boiling water. 3) Cook until desired tenderness is reached. (Watch for "boil over". If it happens, turn temp down.) 4) Drain pasta. 5) Return pasta to pan. 6) Pour Ragu Cheese Sauce in pasta. (May require 2 bottles, depending on how much pasta you cooked... You want it a bit soupy. Also, use a very small amount of milk in the bottle, put the lid on, shake THAT up, and pour IT in pasta, too - Gets the rest of the cheese sauce out of the bottle.) 7) Eat. Adding some Velvetta (softened/melted in the microwave) will add to the flavor and thickness of the sauce.

This is how I like it. Begin by boiling a pot of water and throwing in the pasta. Cook until al dente.Next, dice 1/4 to 1/2 of a red onion. Then dice an equal amount of red bell pepper. Also dice up a jalapeno.Next, dice up 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, depending on how much you love garlic. Also, grate a generous cup of cheese. Over medium heat, add in the garlic and the chopped vegetables and about 1 cup of frozen corn.Saute the vegetables for just a couple of minutes. You want them to be slightly tender, but not completely mushy and soft. When the pasta is ready, drain it and pour about 4 cups right into the skillet. Now measure 1 cup of heavy cream and add it to the pasta along with the cheese. Add salt and plenty of pepper and stir it all together . Add a couple of spats of butter (needed for yummy mac). cook till the butter melts and its all integrated and you are ready to tuck into mac heaven.
