Only in our hearts. I don't think they'd ever reform without Dime, nor should they. If Phil, Rex and Vinnie ever got back together with another guitarist they should just make up another name

i read an interview with vinnie and he said there will never be another reunion or reincarnation of pantera or damageplan without dime ever because without dime there is no pantera or damageplan...period

Nope. One Dimebag is irreplaceable and secondly I can't see Vinnie-Paul and Phil reconciling any time soon.

Pantera will always be a band, and a favorite on my playlists. However, with DimeBag dead, we can never expect to hear anything new from Pantera.

Sadly...no, but i've found this band that closely resembles their sound. I listen to them when i want something like Pantera only different.

Without Dimebag, there is no Pantera. Phil and Rex are currently working on a project called "Down" with Jimmy Bower, Kirk from Crowbar, and Pepper Keenan. It started as a side project, but the idea kind of took off in popularity - now they're all putting aside their main projects and focusing on Down. I really like the stuff.
