I dunno, and i wouldn't even want to know lol! nothing would surprise me, as some people eat after-birth so i suppose anything goes!

I am not sure, but I do not see why it could not be used. This question would probably be best answered from someone in the "La Leche League" You may want to contact them regarding using breast milk in cooking. Great question.

i think i just gagged... lol no but really i don't know. i don't see why not but at the same time i read somewhere something about less proteins so it doesn't curdle, but still separates... again...ew

I have done icecream but probably not like you are thinking. I did not want my children to have the egg product that is in some icecream so it was more like icemilk for them. I have also frozen breast milk so it could be used at a later time. This was done because I had to much milk.
