NO/YES/MAYBE, undecided. Freedom of speech is the concept of being able to speak freely without censorship. The right to freedom of speech is guaranteed under international law through numerous human rights instruments, notably under Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, although implementation remains lacking in many countries. The synonymous term freedom of expression is sometimes preferred, since the right is not confined to verbal speech but is understood to protect any act of seeking, receiving and imparting information or ideas, regardless of the medium used.

We are all members of the same RACE!! And that is the HUMAN race! I find it appalling that people are comparing homosexuality to terrorism and cancer. Like it is a disease. So some of you may not agree with the lifestyle but we are all human and need to work together for the bettering of tolerance and understanding in our nation. For it to go unnoticed that a 14 year old boy can be murdered for asking someone to be his valentine!! OMG not even a sexual pass!!! Please sign this petition to rid our government of these obvious two faced people who are allowing hate in our nation!! http://www. thepetitionsite. com/1/request-to-terminate-sally-kerns-position-house-of-representatives

I find her appalling. I don't believe she can just be terminated, but perhaps impeached. IMHO, I think she should step down...if neither happens, she should be voted out when she's up for re-election. No one needs an intolerant bigot "representing" them...no matter how many of them are bigots themselves....we need open and fair-minded people in office, not people like her.
-
I'm sure someone will get her.

While I strongly disagree with her point of view, she cannot just be terminated. She could be impeached, but that would require her doing something illegal, which she has not done. She *could* step down, but that seems extremely unlikely since she is non-apologetic and believes her words are true. The best we can really hope for is that she won't win re-election this term. One of the saddest parts about this is that her fellow Republicans gave her a standing ovation after her hate speech to show their support.
-
Absolutely. I hope that the Oklahoma voters have the good sense to show her the door at the next election, or sooner.

yeah....but hey there is a thing called karma and it's a b@!#%!

What's funny is that I think that she comes off as a conspiracy theorist. Although some of what she said is true, that it is being pushed by some organizations to the younger and younger population that it is acceptable, I wouldn't go so far as saying it's indoctrinization or recruiting. I would not want someone telling my kid that it's alright when I don't agree with the lifestyle. I don't consider the homosexual community anything like terrorists... that's a very long stretch on her part... wow. As far as her job is concerned, she was voted in as a representative and if she truly represents the beliefs and views of a population that voted her in, then I guess she's doing her job... even if the rest of us don't think she is. I guess even the uneducated deserve their representation...

I think she should be terminated and also possibly loose her job..I find Hate Speech to be an unacceptable crime. A person with a job in a responsible office cannot simply go around spewing out this kind of garbage. She should be terminated, fined and maybe receive some mandatory psychological counselling.

It's extraordinary that a woman so misinformed could be elected to public office. She's entitled to believe what she likes, but it should be an informed, educated belief. I assume the voters will let her know whether they agree with her or not.

she needs to be made to apologize on T.V.(prime time) and the quit her position ...its that simple
-
I think we should remove her by force
