Secrets are mainly the unlockable items, charachters, levels and trophies in the game. The end of level bonuses are accumulated after ... well, a level. The game rewards or deducts for things you have accomplished in a level. One examlpe of a bonus is "half-minute man". This means that, you guessed it, beat the level in or under 30 seconds. An example of a deduction would be "all thumbs". This means that all of your attempts to grab someone failed.
