The bumper sticker says it all......"Meat is Yummy!" Also, it's hard to get enough protein from vegetables.
-
Because humans were designed to eat meat as well as vegetables, plus vegetables taste like crap compared to BBQ or a nice burger.
-
meat is delicious. we are naturally omnivorous. can't fight nature, she'll get you in the end...
-
Only because I love meat. I have tried many times, but always find myself allured back by the smell and taste of GREASY MEAT!
-
I am! Or has all of this been a dream?
-
being vegetarian means that i prohibit myself from something GOD already gave me the authority to enjoy
-
Can't, excuser moi! For one couldn't discern plants from animals absolutely!
-
The science can't tell sometimes "is any creature observed plant or animal?"
-
People who eat meat seem to be alot stronger and probibly eat more vegetables the vegetarians anyway. There is also alot of different kinds of meats and eating veges doesent seem to fill me up,im hungry in 2 hours.I tried to be a vegetarian for a few years ,but it was very boaring and meat has alot of vitamins that are good for your body.Chicken can make your skin heal quicker.Ether way ,your not going to live for ever.
-
If God meant for man to not eat meat, he wouldn't have invented steak sauce. Also, I don't eat vegetable because vegetables are what food eats.
-
wasn't raised that way honestly. however due to what i've read researched and tasted i don't eat pork anyways or hamburgers. i have a feeling though that i could be vegetarian in the future if i keep reading lol
-
At times we have been vegetarian or just a tiny amount of meat, more as an addition to dishes and not the main course. We still eat that way a lot. We like meat but not more than anything else. I do love the flavor. I feel better with a little meat in my diet, though if I had to toss anything out completely, it should be anything with wheat in it. But dropping things like bread made from wheat is very hard for me. I have given up dairy for a fews year, in the past, and was okay, but I sure did miss cheese. Not milk so much.
-
i am. im actually a vegan. i think people either a) dont know enough about it or b) try to justlfy it with a 'we were made to eat meat' or 'Wild animals eat each other so we should too'. i think the basic answer to that is that we have the intellegence, the choice and the means to avoid eating them or torturing them.
-
Honestly, I was a vegetarian for many years. Then one day I cheated and I just couldn't see myself going back after that.
-
All the meat that I eat was killed long before I could do anything about it, thus to 'not' eat it would result in their needless deaths. If it weren't sold in shops near me, I wouldn't eat it (I'd rather starve to death than kill an animal for food). I know that it is impossible to stop people from eating it, and as such impossible to stop the industry from producing it.
-
Vincent: Want some bacon? Jules: No man, I don't eat pork. Vincent: Are you Jewish? Jules: Nah, I ain't Jewish, I just don't dig on swine, that's all. Vincent: Why not? Jules: Pigs are filthy animals. I don't eat filthy animals. Vincent: Bacon tastes gooood. Pork chops taste gooood.
-
I wasn't brought up that way, and I think it is natural for man to eat meat. One should be considerate with it though. It is certainly not healthy to eat too much of it.
-
We are not meant to eat just meat. We are omnivourous, and I think we originally ate more vegetables than meat. With that said...I'm not a vegetarian because steak tastes GOOD, pork chops taste GOOD....And no, sewer rat does not taste like pumpkin pie...they are filthy mother f*ckers.
-
I am trying to be one ...Please give me some time :-)
-
I was fed meat by my parents since I was a pre-schooler. There was a time when I eliminated meat from my diet. I could live without it, but I do prefer eating it.
-
I would prefer to be vegetarian and if I had someone cooking all my meals, or if I could afford to always eat out, I would be. But sometimes I just get hungry for beef. I eat less and less of it and only buy steak that is grass fed with no hormones or antibiotics, but I do know that raising beef is one of the great energy consumers in the world.
-
Im not a vegetarian because I don't want to be. I eat meat because I like it.
-
Because i love meat, and you need the protein
-
I would like to be but were I live veggies are not that fresh and expensive. I try to eat a balanced diet and as I grow older I have cut down on my animal proteins since my muscle mass has decreased.
-
I was a vegan for 12 years, I raised my daughter vegan. Then I met my husband, a couple bottles of wine and a good filet were all it took to make me a meat eater again. I got really sick at 1st but then my body got used to eating meat. Although I am still very picky about the meat I eat now.
-
because burgers, steaks, ribs, roast etc are way too good.
-
If God did not want us to eat meat she would not have made it taste so good!
-
meat tastes amazing.
-
I love the way meat tastes. The chicken in my oven right now smells so good, can't wait for it to be done.
-
i am not one because meat tastes so good and is good for you!
-
I like meat!?

-
A life without meat is no life for me :)
-
I love Meat!
-
I am not not a vegetarian. When you consider the watery steriod laden crap you buy in Netto, I don't think you need to say why!
-
IN GODS INFINATE WISDOM...HE CREATED ME WITH A SET OF INCISORS AND MOLARS. THESE ARE MENT TO CUT AND CHEW MEAT..
-
cos we need to eat meat to keep good health in the long tearm
-
it tastes nice and i have incisors for a reason
-
i have to admit, i love the taste of meat...*shrugs* it's tasty
-
Cause i eat meat.
-
I love bacon, pork, beef, chicken, fish, turkey, veal, ham, sausage, duck, and other meats. They're very tasty. That, and even if I didn't really care for meat all that much, I'd still eat some just to tweak the militant vegetarian/vegan types who think people eating meat are too stupid to give it up/cruel to the poor helpless little animals who would frolic in the meadow if only we weren't eating them. Besides, scientific studies have shown that trees communicate with each other, which means that vegetables have rights, too. I guess we can't eat vegetables, either, so the only humane thing to do is starve ourselves to death collectively. Or we could just eat some tasty meat.
-
Because that juicy steak is made just for me...I like beef, chicken, fish, pork, etc.
-
Cuz, I love meat.
-
Cos I can't be bothered looking at the indegrents list of everything I eat.
-
Because I like meat. Did you know that 'vegetarian' is an old Apache word meaning 'lousy hunter'.:-)
-
I'm a carnivore and proud of it. I feel that people who decide to be a vegetarian because they feel bad killing animals and eating them. are being unrealistic about life on the whole. For starts, every thing on this planet lives at the expense of something else, something dies in order for it to survive, that includes plants too. Not only that, how does anybody know for sure that a plant doesn't have feelings too, like animals do, and that in some way, it cries in pain when you pull it out of the ground and rip it's leaves off and start chewing on it? Just because it can't move or say something that you can hear, doesn't mean that it doesn't have some form of feelings.
-
Because I hate vegetables mostly.
-
As much as I enjoy soy, tofu, satan and other various vegetarian friendly foods, nothing comes close enough to replicating real animal flesh =)
-
If God didn't want us to eat meat, he wouldn't have invented steak sauce.
-
Because salad burps are seriously bad, and if I only ate veggies, this would be happening way way too often
-
I didnt climb to the top of the foodchain to eat celery. Not eating meat is a choice, eating meat is a instinct. :)
-
Because veggie burgers suck. Yuck, ew, gross, vomit, icky, SUCK! I'm not too fond of carrots, either. Although they aren't as bad as veggie burgers.
-
because I like my eggs and I love my fish. I cannot imagine giving up my clear chicken soup either. So,I am a non vegetarian and not at all apologetic about it. :)
-
humans are omnivores, that means eat everything. i love food and saying i cant eat something is just not in me. also there is stuff in red meat you cant get any where else, (amino acids). a tru vegetarian cant eat fish, cheese, milk lobster(yummmy) crab;p . so on really a well balanced diet is the heathiest, also veg people tend to be fat and gassy, fat comes from all of the sauces they put on tofu to make it taste good.
-
Because I like chicken
-
Because God or evolution or whatever gave me the teeth and digestive system of an omnivore.
-
.
-
a balanced diet needs meat too when god made the world made it with a food chain we humans are animals who eat everything we have mind but in biology we are still animals - animals that eat meat think for example lions who eat meat arent the same thing with humans? humans are made to eat both meat and vegetables
-
i like my meat :)
-
Because after 3 1/2 years I was craving meat so badly i dreamt about eating it. I Just needed it!!!
-
I have canine teeth in my mouth. And I have a preditor's pair of eyes. I eat meat. I just dont eat after eight pm.
-
I have children and I want to teach them proper nutrition. It's hard to teach that with a vegetarian diet, there is such a narrow path with it. Plus the husband would leave me if I tried something like that.
-
Alas, death comes to us all. Thanks for shopping at WalMart. Axe
-
B Cuz I like the taste of blood in my steaks and burgers!
-
Because I'm an omnivore like every other human.
-
Because I like meat and don't like vegetables.
-
Which smells better? A BBQ'd steak or a BBQ'd stalk of celery? Think your olfactory system is trying to tell you something?
-
I am more herbivorous than carnivorous but I definetly appreciate the occasional steak. I would never go only vegetarian because the human body needs the nutrients found in meat to thrive. And because it would sure make buying, dining, and making food really difficult!
-
because meat tastes good.
-
Because we humans evolved the way we are thanks to our carnivore drive. I would like to keep my offspring in the same track and not with their sight down towards the grass.
-
Cause I like meat and tofu tastes like Butt!
-
I love all animals. They're delicious!
-
Cause I like Seafood, and cheese too much
-
I once was for 2 years. Stoped because i ate a hot dog and felt bad about it
-
Cause I'm a meatarain.
-
cuz in life and health u need an egual balance between meat and veggies and fruit and even grains
-
because of the way i was raised. we always have bbq's in the summer. i also have a pretty fast metabolism so i think i'd be way too skinny if i was a vegetarian!
-
Humans have sharp teeth that are there for tearing meat..therefore I use them to tear through a big, fat juicy steak every once in a while.
-
Because I'm omnivorous by nature and I like it that way.
-
Because I have a small stomach and cannot eat enough beans and legumes to give myself the amount of protein that I need, and can get from a couple of ounces of meat. I am also anemic, and would have to eat a huge volume of food (which would not fit into my small stomach) in order to get the amount of iron, vitamins and protein I need to be healthy. If you have a normal sized or large stomach you probably can eat enough food, but I eat very small volumes of food and cannot get enough nutrition as a vegetarian. I tried it and got very ill, my doctor ordered me to stop.
-
They are called canines for a reason..........
-
don't know why!
-
because my body asked me for meat! I was very commited to vegetarianism for 3 and 1/2 yrs. Until I started feeling the need to eat protein. I had a very healthy, and adequate diet. I know I was not lacking anything (i'm in the nutrition field). It wasn't for me.
-
It boils down to one word - Bacon. I was a vegetarian for about five years, which greatly expanded my food options. Although I eventually went back to eating meat(I decided I felt healthier as a omnivore), I still make a lot of vegetarian meals.
-
I LOVE CHICKEN
-
There must be a balance in nature. I balance nature by eating vegetarians. Just consider the fact that by eating cows I help to reduce the amount of cow farts entering the atmosphere. The way I see it is that I eat meat and I'm still GREEN.
-
I honestly think I could be a vegetarian if I didn't love chicken as much as I do. Red meat though I could kick if I had to. Bacon is another that would be hard to kick. I do like a lot of soy based "fake meat," but nothing beats some real chicken and bacon.
-
it's does not contain enough Protein
-
Because I don't want to.
-
Too many innocent animals to eat. And plus I just love the taste of meat, meals would be bland without it.
-
Because i like meat, especially chicken, i like vegetables as well.
-
One word....STEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
BECAUSE I DONT WANT ANY DISEASES THAT VEGATARIANS GET FROM NOT EATING A SQUARE MEAL. I DONT PLAN ON CHANGING MY NORMAL FOOD TO EAT LIKE DEER OR RABBITS. I DONT HAVE YOUR NEW DISEASES. THANK GOD.
-
Because carrots don't taste like steak.
-
My ancestors survived the last Ice Age by killing and eating meat. Sure, they cheated a bit by using tools to kill it and fire to cook it. Nevertheless, it's 20,000 years of evolutionary adaptation we're talking about. My intuition tells me it may not be all that wise to bet against something like that. I certainly do wish we had more ethical farming practices. But for me the idea that eating meat is necessarily unethical doesn't hold water. Life is deliberately exploitative in the physical world, and I fully accept this as truth. As far as I can see, that's the very thing which defines it as life. A virus isn't life at all until it finds a host to exploit.
-
I like meat.
-
I like to eat meat. It's good, and it's healthy. It is unnatural for people not to eat meat.
-
Vegetarian does not content enough protein for health.
-
Vegetarian does not contain enough protein for health
-
Because I choose not to be.
