Are there any home remedies that will help increase the growth rate of hair?

    Oops one more thing. Give your scalp a massage once a day for 5 minutes. It stimulates your hair follicles and helps them to grow.

    Well a trim is good if you have damaged hair. It cuts off the split ends that will break and make your hair thinner and appear to be growing slow. I've been looking into this alot because I recently shaved my head for a fresh start of healthy hair( I used to bleach it) Eat fish and drink protein drinks. Drink lots of water because that flushes out all the toxins in your body that may be slowing down your hair growth maximum.

    The best thing to do to make your hair grow faster is to trim it on a regular basis! I do mine once a month which is prefered but no longer than every other month! This makes your hair healther and healthier hair growes alot faster!!! I have been a hair dresser for 15 years and when I give this advise I see the results and get many thanks!!!     I always cut the tip ends of my hair on
    the full moon,(every full moon)and I can't
    belive how fast my hair grows!
