dig a trench around leading to the ocean hopefully high can bring back to sea.

If they got beached it's because they're ready to die or have some massive brain damage that would make them incapable of surviving in the wild. Though I hate to say it....blowing their brains out would be the best option. I know, it makes me sad too.
