There are approximately 3.3 billion women in the world. A male ejaculation can easily produce over 20 million sperm, so one ejaculation every other day would produce about 3.6 billion sperm. So, hypothetically a male could impregnate every woman on earth with one year's worth of sperm. The issue comes in that there are not enough knowledgeable people and in vitro equipment in the world to harvest, fertilize, and transplant the eggs to each of these women within a year.
