Trinity Blood, although it's old --EDIT:-- Descendents of Darkness isn't really a vampire manga but it kind of counts...There's also ã‹ã‚Šã‚“, or Cheeky Chibi Vampire, but it's more funny than dark like other vampire manga.

Chibi Vampire is the only other vampire-centric manga I know of; it's more comedy-romance than Vampire Knight, so whether it's good or not really depends on what your preferences are. If you're looking for a light entertaining manga, then yes, it's good. ;)

I like Model, though it really has no action in it, it's more like an illustrated mystery novel-but with vampires.

How about the classic Vampire Hunter D or Hellsing? Other options are: Millennium Snow, Vampire Game, blood+, Karin, and Moon Phrase.

Vampire Game is pretty good. It's older but it has a pretty cute plot. Not the shojo goodness of Vampire Knight. You might want to check out Vampire Princess Miyu as well. It's pretty exciting. :)
