Acually Herppies can stay dorment for a very long time with out you know you have it, something you caught 7 years ago could show up today with no warning.

Like chappy said, certain diseases may not show up for a while so if you checked out, those diseases may not come up on your test. Some show up quickly while others don't show up for some time.

NO. Nothing can just "form" There can be a risk that the tests didn't show everything... or something was there that couldn't be detected. but it's unlikely

It has happend at times where you can make your own std's. So don't try and go too dirty while having sex or else.
