  • males are generally more aggressive so i think females have a better temprement.
  • When you bring males out for a walk , they'll just run after the female one if he senses one near him . They wanna start a family !
  • i want a female dog and female rabbits my mum has never ever had a male i think females are generally a nicer better easier trained dog (no offence to any male dogs!)
  • I actually prefer having males because they always like to suck up and cuddle more then the females lol but both sexes are great to have, it just depends what you like in a dog.
  • The sex had nothing to do w/ it. My female Rott/Doby mix, was being abadoned by it's owner, because they were moving to an apartment that didn't allow dogs. (so they say)...And my Lab was going to his 5th home, because no one could handle him chewing up things and digging in their yard. I took 'em in, and can't imagine not having them. They are spayed and nuetered.
  • I DID want to breed her, because she is so unique looking(She looks like a boxer, but with collie markings), but now I am spaying her because I wouldn't be able to afford to care for her pups if they weren't taken by good homes, and I would want to make sure they were given their shots, dewormed, tails docked, etc.etc. Other than that, I find females to be just a little less agressive, and sometimes less hyper as pups, and the bonus for me is that she won't grow to be quite as big as say one of her male brothers.
