I have a 3 month old Sylvania lc420ss8 LCD HDTV. Now it won't turn on. The red standby light flashes a second from red to green, but no sound-no picture. Suggestions?

Update to above problem... I had to send LCD set in for repair. Luckily still under 90 day free parts and labor warranty. Took a month for them to pickup set, been gone now 2 weeks. Hopefully have it back in a month. Arranging pickup was a nightmare-had to threaten action from BBB and NYS Attorney General. Set was sent to California(?) for repair.You think they could have found an authorized repair center in NY State where I live. We'll see if I ever get it back.
