I am speaking from personal experience...my "high" score in all the times I've bowled was 44...don't laugh..it's true. So the benefit I derived was that I'm lousy at bowling, which is knowledge I have taken forward with me in life. It's been many many years since I've bowled..I leave it to others, as I leave skiing to others as well! :)

bowling make us always keep in discipline to plan (different line different standing position n arrow target), to throw with full/medium power and still keep swing by 3 point of overall hand in a line etc. make us always analyze n remind before n after throwing. many factors will effect to be a good result/strike. with 14-16 lbs swing by right/left hand n a few step multply a few dozen of game ..it will effect ur healthy...beside while practice accompany by ur family every time..

it is a good exercise.. you will exert a lot of powers to throw the bowl and it exercises the mind to think if the projection of throwing the ball is accurate in the center.. by this exercise you will train your body to move in such reflex and your heart will pump and pump for good circulation of the blood throughout the body... ^^
