I need to convert a 3phase electric motor (415volts) to run on 220/240volts how do i do it?

you can't you have to get a different motor, three phase motors are wound totally different than single phase motors

Actually it can be done but you need to use a Variable speed drive. Most manuf. make one that will convert single phase input to a 3 phase out.
