High price prostitutes are priced as such not because they will "do" more for a client, but because they are usually very attractive, well-dressed, often they are educated, usually they are "clean" in that they see a doctor, keep better hygiene (inlcuding HIV testing)and...the most important aspect, they are discreet. Men who can afford a prostitute of that "caliber" are men who really need to hide their habits for.

Anything I bloody tell her to. For 5Gs, if I wanted her to dress up in a clown suit and play "God Bless America" on a kazoo while I was--ahem-- giving her the business, she would have to do it. And yes, that's pretty much the tamest, most family-friendly example I can give here. I could think of many more depraved and insane ways to spend my 5000 dollars.

Or $2000 an hour as one said this morning? lol!!! I think though that they are worth it for their exclusivity. You know the men that are their clientèle, many are your friends and at the same social level as you. They are presumed to be 'safer' or 'healthier' to sleep well. You can take them out among your friends and they will be well mannered and dressed, able to carry on a conversation with other intelligent people and still be good and versatile in bed or the plane, or the yacht.
