  • I don't think you need to worry about it too much. Your body will tell you when you need to 'go.' But if you feel that you'd like to be more 'regular', try to add more fibre or roughage to your diet. :-)
  • actually, you are suppose to go a couple of hours after you have eaten a meal, when the food have fully digest, which is about 5 hours or so. So if you are eating 3 meals per day you are suppose to go at least three time per day. However, this does not happen with most people and you will find that most people who don't go often often enough would have a big or bloated gut even though they aren't necessarily overweight. I know some people who don't for up to a week, but this is mainly due to your diet, which should include lots of fiber and Liquid preferable water. I go like two to three time ah day and I feel great.
  • I usually go 3 times a day, but at least twice. If you don't 'go' a lot it could be because you are dehydrated and not taking in enough fiber. It is better to go 'too often' than not often enough for health.

  • Well I usually strive to do the best I can, so I seldom try and get second place. My goal is usually first place. If I get second place, it's because someone else was better than me... Oh wait, is this about defecating? I go every day, sometimes twice a day. When I was younger (teens) I wouldn't go that often, maybe every other day. Each person is different. Depends on what you eat, how you eat, how active you are, etc. It's waste, so if you don't eat much, there isn't much to get rid of. If you eat horrible stuff your body can't use, it has to get rid of it, so there may be more. Some stuff your body can't handle and will express-line it out of you especially if you consume a germ it will flush it all as a safety precaution, purging both ends. If the stools you do have are hard or come out in balls, then you are not having proper bowel movements and there are problems, but if when you do go it doesn't hurt, and they are considered 'normal', then the number of times is irrelevent.
