  • Muay Thai is known as the 'Art of 8 Limbs' as both the feet, fists, elbows and knee's are used to actively strike the opponent. The kicks are altogether more ferocious that kick boxing, and unlike kicboxing, a Thai fighter will strike with the bone of the shin which delivers a much greater force of impact. It's an extreme martial art in the way of power and speed.
