bank to obtain. :)
You rarely see them in circulation probably because they don't work in vending machines, and no room for them in cash drawers without confusing them with other bills but you can get them by going to the bank and asking for them. Nice to use them when giving small money gifts, etc. Of course they could make quite a unique stack for a larger gift. LOL
Not rare at all. I get them ALL THE TIME at the local bank and use them everywhere. The tellers hate them because there are 4 places for bills in there drawer and they are used for 1, 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills.
