You won't. The family you leave behind will be left to worry about it.

It's not for you. It's for the peace of mind and lessening of the pain that will happen afterwards for your family who will be left behind, mourning you and also having to straighten out all your financial situation, sometimes lasting years, years of trouble for them. But if y9ou only care about yourself and don't care for your family and friends, then be as selfish as you like and don't worry about it now.

So your family doesn't have to deal with YOUR bills. Mortgage companies and credit cards STILL expect the money they lent you to be repaid. If you don't have life insurance, mortgage insurance, etc. your wife, kids, parents, SOMEBODY will have to pay it. If not, they will lose the house, payments could be garnashied out of THEIR checks, etc.
