Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a 3 bedroom apartment. Tenants A & B are on the lease. Tenant C is not. I (tenant A) want to evict tenant C (not on lease). By Florida Law, can I evict him by my own signature alone or MUST tenant B signature be required, as well?

If his name isn't on the lease give the police a call and let them remove him. There isn't much tenant B can do they can object to it but, 2 names only verifies 2 tenants not 3.
