Actually, no. how can you visualize something, that you have never seen? all the description in the world, cannot make a blind from birth person, understand what anything looks like. if you have not seen it before, you cannot visualize what anything looks like now. Pretend you have been blind from birth. a friend is about to give a description of the human body. he tells you that humans come in many colors. what does this mean to a blind person? think about it. if you are blind and have never been able to see, you do not have a comparison bank in your brain. maybe, they believe humans are mulit-colored, if they knew what muti-colored was. From day one, a blind person depends entirely on their sense of smell, feel, and hearing to guide them through life. again, i say no, that blind people, from birth, do not know what humans or really anything, looks like.
