  • Yes, it is. Unless, of course, you have an eating disorder! Everyone has a metabolism, which regulates or controls how many calories we burn from food. Some people just have super high metabolisms, which allows them to burn food calories relatively quickly; hence, the reason for them being thin! Bottom line: You should always seek medical advice from a trained, AMA-approved, medical doctor and I'm NOT a doctor, but this just what I've heard from others.
  • Why not? As far as I can tell, you're a growing girl, right?:) As already said, if you're blesses with high metabolism AND are fairly active, you can eat like there's no tomorrow, yet not gain a pound. As long as it lasts, have fun! There might come a time you have to watch every calorie you eat;)
