Sorry, no can do. All of ours are hard-wired so no batteries to check.
-
Of course, but my smoke detector doesn't use batteries. It's wired into the mains.
-
Yes i will. Will you do me a favor, and set your clock Forward?
-
sure will boss, in fact i know im needing new batteries in one of the smoke detectors, cause its lying on the floor! The main one is ok though :)
-
What a great idea. I will, even if I did just buy all new detectors about 6 mo ago. It's good to check them at the very least every six mo.
-
Good idea.
-
Done. Thanks.
-
Thanks for the reminder, my friend! That is a very helpful (potentially life-saving) question! :) ((hugs))

I think more people would be willing to keep up with them if they didn't go off from just a steamy shower. What would really help is if there was a button to turn it off without having to didconnect the battery~if there are ones like this I've never seen them. Maybe all mine are just cheap.

Will do! I s'pose that includes putting the battery back in the one that goes off everytime we use the broiler...

The smoke detector in my room at my parents' house beeps constantly, and it's wired into the house so i can't do anything about it. I have a pair of socks taped over it, but apparently I'm the only one who can hear it. >.>

yeagh will let you know when it happens.
