  • That depends on how big the piece is... We pay about $6 - $10 per pound depending on the time of year and whether or not it's been frozen.

  • Yeah, I would think the piece had to be AT LEAST 8-10 ozs., tho' $4 for a half lb. piece is about normal price around my house, (it usually runs about $7.99 a pound here).
