That depends on how big the piece is... We pay about $6 - $10 per pound depending on the time of year and whether or not it's been frozen.

Depends upon the size of the piece. Meat and fish are generally sold by weight.

Yeah, I would think the piece had to be AT LEAST 8-10 ozs., tho' $4 for a half lb. piece is about normal price around my house, (it usually runs about $7.99 a pound here).
