Usually those people are one of two people. They are either morally against it or just scared to try something new. Its like guys saying I don't like girls fingering my anus if they haven't tried it. I have never tried it, but it's just the simple fact that the butthole does not give me good images. I won't say that I NEVER will, but I also have never been asked to, nor have I ever offered.
