The weather is heavenly (unless you really like the change of seasons, which I do), but otherwise many areas are fairly unlivable unless you have beaucoup dinero.

Living on the east coast of the USA and living through a cold, snowy, rainy winter, I could imagine how nice it must be to see the sun and enjoy some warmer weather. The beaches seem to be nicer there than the local beaches.
