No not too much on here annoys me the search system is so poor that people cannot help posting duplicates.

No, it annoys me when I go to ask a question, search for the dup BEFORE I post my question and then still have it rejected as a dupe even when my search resulted in nothing.

No, not at all because there are new ppl coming here all the time. Even ppl like myself who just joined several months ago may not have seen it. So, no, duplicate questions do not annoy me.

Only when they're marked as duplicate AFTER I answer the question!
