  • Keep going and it gets better
  • dont let the tiredness discourage you. its totally normal for the body to get tired after a good workout. do what you gotta do to make all your busy days/ends meet. drink coffee, take an energy drink just to finish up tasks, or reschedule and prioritize your day. maybe you can do all that hw before the gym. keep up the good work and the results be very rewarding
  • Hey....I managed to lose 30 IBS in 6 months...it took me a while because all I did was 30 minutes of cardio a day minus weekends. I also would eat just a bowl of cereal in the morning...in between lunch id have fruit....lunch id have a sammich and some more fruit....then about an hour or two before I had to leave work...id eat another fruit ( Reccommended by doctors to eat 3 fruit a day) and then after I hit the gym id have a totally random dinner...If you aim for 1000 calorie burn each day you will lose weight fast. I am for 1500 a day because I want to lose 10 IBS per month and thats what will work. If you do 500-750 calories a day and eat right youll lose approx 5 ibs a month...1000-1500 will lose you 10 IBS a month. Depends on how fast you wanna lose the weight.
  • 12-16-2016 Nutritional yeast powder will make you feel much better. Mix it with milk or any soft food. It has a taste, but when you see how good you feel you will decide you like that taste just fine. Figure out how much fat you want per day and get it all for the first meal. Fat slows digestion so you have a steady supply of energy all day and you don't get hungry between meals. You need to read some books about nutrition so you know things like this.
  • That is the "health" part. You are in lousy health. Study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. For instance, nutritional yeast makes a big difference. Another trick you will learn is to get your entire day's allowance of fat in the first meal. Fat slows digestion so you have a steady supply of energy all day and you don't get hungry between meals.
  • Enjoy it and give it a week or two, you will feel better then.
  • Your body needs energy in order to work out you may want to try eating a small meal 2 hours before your workout that contains carbohydrates so you'll have energy to burn also about 30 minutes after your workout eat a small snack containing carbohydrates as well but go with the compound carbohydrates and not the simple carbohydrates. Also make sure you get enough protein to rebuild your muscle tissue. During exercise muscle tissue is torn and it needs to rebuild. This is how muscles grow. Don't use energy drinks unless they're absolutely necessary. They will give you a boost of energy, but afterwards you'll crash. And also they're not good for your heart

Food you eat today is not available for energy for almost two days. The sugar in orange juice can be in the blood stream in as little as ten seconds, but that has nothing to do with "energy" for a workout. You need to study the subject a little more.
