  • INGREDIENTS: Potatoes Oil for deep frying PREPARATION: Peel and cut potatoes into even strips. Soak potatoes in cold water for 1 hour. Fry in deep fat at 325° for 5 minutes. Drain. Increase heat to 375° and fry until French fries are tender and nicely browned.
  • I just cut the potatoes into thin strips, wash them in cold water. After the oil in the deep fryer has heated, I put them in for 1 minute and then shake them. Then i put them in for another two minutes and take them out. I also like to leave the skins on. Hope you like them, my whole family always makes me make them!
