    PBS X East is up-linked in the clear (not scrambled)as well as CSPAN, CSPAN-2 and various religious and some shopping channels. Also, Classic Arts Showcase is in the clear. There are various shows up-linked upon occasion (Free Feeds), but this constantly changes. The only network programing on C Band is the Denver Networks and NYC networks and they are scrambled. So you have to pay to see them.
