  • This woman gives amazing tips and background information. She knows her stuff!
  • I use jacquard bottles- they're small plastic squeeze bottles that are made for silk painting but work well for henna. You can buy 3 different size metal tips that screw on to help vary the line thickness. I have purchased them from www.misterart.com and at Pat Catan's- they're cheaper at the Pat Catan's and you don't pay shipping and handling or even need a credit card. They're over by all of the painting supplies. I have also tried using "cones" but I prefer the jac bottles. They can cramp your hand up, but it's not so bad if you keep the bottle upside-down and all the henna near the tip.
  • I prefer rolled cones. Cut triangles of cellophane gift wrap and roll them into tight cones. Try different shapes to see what you like. Seems like most people prefer them long and thin, although I like rather wide short ones. Just tape em up and tape them down as they get empty, or use rubber bands to squeeze the henna down.
