Absolutely. Saddam had to go but that should have been it.

Probably, but then you could say the same for the money spent on education, housing, public transportation and a variety of other social programs.

You have to ask yourself one thing: Is it better to spend $120 billion a year now or Trillions of dollars to fight an even bigger war later? Because if we bug out now, we WILL be facing a far bigger problem than could ever have been created by staying there until the job is done.
