Regarding divorce and child custody, men do you feel that women have an unfair advantage? Thoughts?

No. I think women should have the kids. After all, they did carry them for 9 months. For the same reason they should have half of everything so that they can provide for the kids, and to make sure the woman herself is ok. This seems only fair, and any men who object to this are obviously selfish and living in the past. They bring shame on all men.

Women most definitely have an unfair advantage. Anyone who says otherwise, does not have any kids and is not currently in the family court system. If both parents are equally capable of raising a child, then the parents should share custody 50/50 depending on the child's age.

It use to be that way, but not any more. So many women are drug addicts, they do not deserve or qualify to take care of their own children. The court is pretty much 50-50 now.

As far as I know, the father wins custody in something like 70% of cases where he wants it. He usually doesn't.

Sometimes I think women have the advantage, however I give benefits to the judges, I think they see people for what they are and pick up on verbal and non verbal indicators. I think the father has just as equal a chance as mother.
