If you know all of that, why do you need to post it to us? They don't owe me money.
-
I wouldn't do it Lisa..just my intuition says 'no'.
-
I'm sure someone could consider that as a violation of personal rights...not sure what the legal term might be. But, I'd ask someone familiar with the law.
-
I would ask in the AB blog as they can give you the answer your looking for Lisa.
-
This seems like it could get you in trouble with AB and their terms of use.
-
I would not recommend it. Does not seem like a proper way to hunt someone down.
-
Lisa!!!... no no no!...very naughty thing to do and I think a tad illegal ...:):)
-
Don't go there. . .just don't.
-
If u have all his info then what are u waiting for?
-
I don't know the details of the situation, but the whole "tell the neighbors" strategy has always seemed sleazy to me. Posting his information isn't going to get you any money, you have obviously already contacted him if you have that information, and either he knows about it and is trying to find a way to pay it, or he knows about it and doesn't intend to pay it. It's not like one of us is going to go to his work and say "Hey, have you payed back your debt yet?". I don't know if it would be illegal or not, but I can guarantee you that this guy will sue you if you post his info on the net, and I doubt that you would be breaking even if that happened. So is the amount he owes really worth risking having to pay thousands in court costs? I somehow doubt it. Either hire a collection agency or call Judge Judy.

Here's what I think, Lisa..would you want someone to do that to you? I have no idea about the legality of it, but I wouldn't do it! :(
-
Of course you could go ahead and do it. It really wouldn't do any good, unless your planning on including a mug shot as well. But it's probably not going to get you anywhere. I'd advise against it. Thats just me though.
-
I wouldn't do that Lisa, I really hope you won't do that, EVER!
-
That's a very slippery slope, and there's no way of verifying that your story is accurate.
-
Slander Lawsuit.

I would not do this for this reason: defamation of character. suppose you have to take this person to court and lose? If his name is tarnished and plastered on Answerbag for the world to see, he definetely will hire an attorney and sue you. Its a civil liability issue. I would not do this.
