How do you get scratches off of game disks?????????please help me!!!!!

No lie, my ex-roomate used to use a q-tip to cover them with toothpaste, let it dry, and then clean with a tissue by wiping from the inner ring out to the edges. It always seemed to work with his PS2 and XBOX games.

You can't get the scratches off, but there are things you can do to make them usable. Toothpaste works great for this. Rub a little toothpaste and water over the disc and massage it in. Then rinse it off with water and dry it with a lint-free cloth. There are also commercial disc-fixers that you can buy.

Go to Circuit City or Best Buy. You can buy a disk cleaner/repair kit that gets the scratches out. There are manual and electric ones. the electric ones work much better.

There are some catalogs that sell a little pen that fills up the scratches. Or, there is a machine that does this that costs around $1000. Try Best Buy.
