No. I probably wouldn't down rate it, but I don't do that too often anyways. I would just leave it alone.

I rate all answers to my questions .If they are opinions then all are worthy of the same rating. If it is a factual question and it is incorrect or only part right I will rate accordingly because it would be unfair to a person that does get the answer correct. I actually rate Questions and Answers not people.

If my question has been answered yes all get rated up. If someone answers and it does not match my question I just leave it alone. I feel that those who answered are trying to help so they did what they set out to do. If I am looking for facts I Google my questions. I only use this site for opinionated purposes.

Very rarely do I give negative points. Only when the question is extremely negative or derogatory. If I really like the question I will rate them up.

The same rule that applies whenever I do not find a question or answer "helpful" when submitted by people other than my friends. I skip it and don't DR it or rate it.

Just like other questions, unless they're offensive or spam I usually wouldn't rate them.
