  • Just make sure that he knows that it is a medical thing, and it seems like it is, and has nothing to do with him at all. Faking is bad when he is the problem, but if it is medical, it shouldn't be that bad, but it WON'T be necessarily easy. Just don't say it anywhere in public, especially not before you or he has to drive home or anywhere else, for this kind of thing should be aired in private, and if you and him are staying home, and aren't drunk, it should be ok. Also, don't ever blurt it out in anger, and you should avoid arguments until you tell him, and pray that he doesn't ask before you have a chance to break it to him! If you or he is drunk and you tell him, it will likely get bad, for if you are drunk, you will time it horribly and word it even worse, and if it is him, he will get ticked off and break something and do or say something drastic.
