I'd have to say Paula Deen. She cooks the stuff my mother made while I was growing up.

Gordon Ramsey. Versatility, simplicity, heart, compassion, and honesty. There is more to chefhood than JUST food. A chef must also be a leader; they must inspire the cooks under them.
