All i hear to combat morning sickness are plain biscuits, something like rich tea :)

maybe oatmeal or something very bland like that. Crackers sometimes work. I had morning sickness everyday in all three of my pregnanceies. It just got to where I would not really eat until 10-11

You should eat something in the morning - toast, crackers... What you should't eat it's spicy food, fried food(BBQ), avoid a regular tea and drink non caffienated teas... Crackers, licking a lemon and gingerale helped me. As for meals. I ate what I was in the mood for, then just delt with the sickness after. But I had morning sickness for the longest time.

I was really morning sick for like the first 3 months the whole day. I didnt eat anything practically, just some crackers. I lost like 15 pounds. The baby only needs sugar and liquid at this stage (until 3 months) so if you dont feel like eating its ok. aslong as you drink and eat something sugary its ok. Ofcourse if you work this could be a problem cos youll have no energy, but it will help. But some say you should actually eat and after a while it will actually help the morning sickness go away. so it depends how long you have been morning sick for. If its the beginning, try to continue eating a bit. If you had it for a while, try eating crackers or just drink alot.
