I run on the treadmill for 20 minutes each day to rise the speed of my metabolism. It really works well!

I get up every morning what else do you want? I go for long walks. Everything else is just when I feel like it and not regularly.

I've never tell anyone about this. Not long before, I learn to dance, playing the videos in youtube and study the steps.

Every night I do my usual workout routine: 1.5 minutes jump rope to music. 2.1 minute break. 3.Mile run on treadmill. 4.1 minute break 5.16 minutes on the elliptical. 6.1 minute break 7.3 minutes on hula hoop (lol ok so I'm a guy that likes to hula hoop...big deal) 8.Bicep curls 3 sets of 10 reps. 9.Bench press 3 sets of 10 reps. 10.Dumbbell rows 3 sets of 10 reps. 11.Squats 3 sets of 10 reps. 12.Sumo Squats 3 sets of 10 reps. 13.Push-ups until failure. 14.Workout complete. 8 through 14 is my weight lifting routine which I only do every other day, but the cardio workout I do everyday.
