  • Yes there is global warming. The ice caps are certainly melting. There will always be fluctuations in daily temperatures, sometimes even what we consider "extreme".
  • I think that the polution we breath now is worse then the worry of it warming a few degrees in a centry.
  • You might want to take a look at this (http://www.dailytech.com/Temperature+Monitors+Report+Worldwide+Global+Cooling/article10866.htm). While one year does not a trend make, I find it interesting how the various news outlets trumpet record high temperatures, but they don't make much of a deal about record low temperatures.
  • that's an indication.... rapid and unseasonal fluctuations in temperature
  • The short answer is: there is currently a SLIGHT (ONE degree Celsius increase in average temperature over the course of a CENTURY) warming trend in the world right now; but the influence of human activity on climate changes is inconclusive and minimal, at best.
  • The ANSWER IS yes & no. We are in a climate change right now but it is only directly caused by the sun, hence the polar caps melting even on mars. NO it is not caused by us humans. We are being lied to by all the media just so that the gov't can bring in the new Carbon tax. Think about it, someone else here claims that the ice is melting up north. Have anyone of you who read this actually been there to witness it yourself. Probably not. Even if you feel like it's getting hotter, it okay. We are not going to die from heat. wwwdotinfowarsdotcom
  • No. Enjoy the snow & life overall. Leave the GW hoax to the devil. My 2 cents.
