Brush and floss frequently, carry mints. Consider purchasing a tongue scraper. If you have large tonsils, a sespool of bacteria can form in the nooks and crannies of the tonsils. Try gargling with mouthwash for 30-60 seconds twice a day.

I always try to carry mints or gum with me in case of bad breath.:)

Keep up with your visits to the dentist, brush, floss. Eat a good diet. If you are eating onions or garlic make the people around you eat them too or have lots of mints. Drink water with lemon in it.
