That's hard to say. I've never seen one, nor have I seen one advertised on TV, or shown on HBO or other channels of the sort. I guess that would lead me to believe not so popular.

I used to work at a video store, and I can tell you that bollywood movies have their niche. There are a lot of people who watch them, and I love them.

I love Bollywood movies. I own many of them and rent them, too. Both my husband and I enjoy watching them. We used to see quite a few on TV but they don't show many of them on Satellite. We know quite a few people who like them as well, and who belong to Netflicks just so they can rent them. I've met some people here on AB who like them as well and some of them aren't Indian, either.

check out bollywhat.com its a site mainly for non indian bollywood fans and you can find loads of people who are not indian and are huge fans of bollywood. Bollywood is already popular in most parts of asia, africa and even in Europe(Germans are crazy about SRK).
