depends on alot of things, I once had sex in the middle of the living room floor at a very small party at my own house, with the front door open and a few people walking back and forth....I just ignored them.....but when its the kids, we try to act like we weren't doing anything....which they know better, and its terrible

It depends who, I might ask them to join us.
A child, I would just stop what I was doing, make believe nothing was wrong and slowly return to being covered and smile. I would say to the child that you should knock before you enter and only enter when you have heard the person say to come in.
