I would assume dial-up. High Speed is growing day by day, but most people don't see the expense as a priority.

The last study I saw from Feb of this year (2006) indicates that (in the US) only about 22% of internet connections are still dialup. I wish I could find it for you to prove it, but that statistic sounds about right.
