I have some odd antique-type collections (political campaign buttons, etc.) which I would like to sell. How can I get the best price?

    I would suggest you take a look at EBay.

    I went to http://www.ebay.com and went in to the “Antique” category, then did a search on “Buttons” and found quite a bit of stuff in there.

    You might want to try it yourself and see if anything there is close to what you have, or even just similar, then see how much those people are asking and getting for their stuff.
