My research shows between $20-85/hr depending on experience and the type of clients you have. If you are self-employed, the price is at the higher end of the scale because you absorb many of the benefits and costs that are normally paid by an employer (SS tax, healthcare, vacation time, etc.). If you are working as an employee for one person/couple/family, you can expect to earn between $40-75k per year in the Boston area.
